Julience

I'm Julience — a singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist based in Manchester. I grew up in the south of the Netherlands, and a Paul McCartney show in Antwerp in 2003 was the thing that decided it: I picked up a guitar and never really put it down. Six years later, watching Oasis in Cologne, I knew where I had to be. I write melodic rock with an acoustic soul and a 90s heart — hooks that stay with you, harmonies that lift, and a guitar running through the middle of it all. Tom Petty, Neil Young, Oasis, The Beatles and Thin Lizzy are all in there somewhere. I play every instrument on my records myself: guitar, bass, drums, keys. I mix and master them too.
